1. Data Collection

We collect center owner information (name, email, phone) and client data inputted by the center (names, phone numbers, weight, BMI, attendance).

2. Data Usage

Client data is strictly isolated to the respective center using Row Level Security (RLS). We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

3. WhatsApp API

We utilize the Meta Cloud API to send automated system messages. By using this feature, you acknowledge that message data passes through Meta's servers.

4. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure databases to protect all personal and health-related metrics.

5. User Rights

Center owners may export or delete their data at any time by contacting support at support@smartclubs.os.
