Section 1

1. Overview

Smart Clubs OS is a comprehensive management gateway for nutrition wellness centers and independent health coaches. Our Zoom Pro Integration automates virtual session attendance logging for online nutrition club shifts.

By authorizing your Zoom Pro account, Smart Clubs OS utilizes real-time webhook event notifications (bot.participant_joined and bot.participant_left) to automatically log join times, calculate total session duration, flag early drop-offs, and verify attendance without manual roll calls.

4. Usage & Attendance Tracking

Once connected, automated attendance operates seamlessly during virtual nutrition club shifts:

  1. Share Gateway Link: Center Owners and coaches share their public center gateway URL (smartclubs.in/live/[center_id]) with members and guests.
  2. Client Check-in Intent:When clients click the link, Smart Clubs OS records an intent check-in and redirects them straight into the host's Zoom meeting.
  3. Automated Webhook Sync:As attendees join and leave the Zoom meeting, Zoom webhooks notify Smart Clubs OS to calculate exact session duration (e.g. 75 minutes) and flag early drop-offs (<20 minutes).
  4. Live Telemetry Dashboard: Center Owners view live attendee status, durations, and resolve unmatched devices via the Zoom Live Session Telemetry & Drop-Off Tracker modal inside the dashboard.
