1. Subscription Plans & Billing
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can experience Smart Clubs OS risk-free. After the trial, continued access requires a prepaid monthly (approx. ₹1,499/month) or annual subscription paid securely via UPI. If payment is not received by your due date, your account will be temporarily frozen until the pending amount is cleared.
2. Refund Policy
Because we provide a full 14-day free trial to ensure the software meets your exact needs, all monthly and annual subscription payments are final and non-refundable once paid.
3. Cancellation Policy
You are not locked into any long-term contracts; you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that for security and privacy reasons, if your account remains inactive or unpaid for 60 consecutive days, we will permanently delete your center's data from our servers.
4. Service Availability
We strive to keep your business running smoothly with a 99% uptime guarantee. To keep the platform fast and secure, scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM IST. Please note that we are not responsible for access issues caused by local internet outages or weak network connectivity at your center.
5. Support Commitments
Our team is here to help you succeed. We provide dedicated WhatsApp and ticketing support from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST. We aim to resolve all support queries within 24 hours.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
To protect the platform, you agree to use your account responsibly. Account sharing (multiple coaches using a single login) is strictly prohibited. You may not upload malicious files, and you must not use our automated WhatsApp integration to send spam or unsolicited messages to clients.
7. Data Privacy & Ownership
You—the center owner—retain 100% ownership of your clients' data. Smart Clubs OS simply processes and stores this information securely on your behalf. We will never sell your data or contact your clients directly.
